Information you choose to share

When you contact Ampia or book a demo, we use the details you provide to respond, prepare for the conversation, and follow up about a potential pilot.

Site and provider data

Our hosting provider may process basic request, device, security, and diagnostic information needed to deliver and protect this site. If the demo flow uses a scheduling provider, that provider processes the booking details you submit under its own privacy terms.

How we use and share information

We use site and contact information to operate the site, answer requests, improve the demo experience, and protect Ampia. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us perform those functions or when required by law.

Text messages

When you provide a mobile number in a restaurant's Ampia experience, we collect the number, the time and method of consent, the disclosure version, and message delivery outcomes. We use this information to send verification codes and operational updates about your own pickup order, waitlist visit, or restaurant alerts you enrolled to receive. We do not use your number or text consent for marketing.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.

Notification delivery records have their recipient number redacted 30 days after reaching a terminal state. Active alert recipient numbers are kept while enrolled; operational records follow their retention schedules. Consent records identify the disclosure version so we can explain what you agreed to.

Reply STOP to the number that texted you to opt out of texts from that number. Reply HELP for help, or email support@ampia.ai. Read the SMS Terms for frequency, charges, and how to restart messages.
